Inspection and maintenance of equipment and machines
Centix provides standard maintenance and inspection plans for the maintenance and inspection of equipment and machines. Examples include work equipment such as generators, mobile compressors and welding equipment that require periodic inspections.
The maintenance and inspection plans can easily be imported into Centix and performed digitally via Centix Online or the Centix OnSite mobile app. During the inspection, findings, measurements and any deviations are recorded immediately. After completion, the report is available online and can easily be downloaded.
Maintenance and inspection plans for equipment and machines
Generator
The maintenance and inspection plan for generators includes clear inspection points and is carried out annually by many organisations. The plan includes checks on documentation, labels, markings and the general condition of the equipment.
Mobile compressor
The maintenance and inspection plan for mobile compressors includes various inspection points covering documentation, alarm signals, overall condition, fluid systems, pneumatic systems and charging direction. In practice, this inspection plan is commonly performed annually.
Welding equipment (NEN-EN-IEC 60974-4:2016)
The maintenance and inspection plan for welding equipment includes visual inspections and electrical safety measurements in accordance with Dutch standard NEN-EN-IEC 60974-4:2016. This includes checks on protective conductors, insulation resistance, touch current, welding cables and safety functions. Inspection results and measurement values are automatically processed into an inspection certificate.
