What does that mean in practice for your organisation?
Notifications are received at your service center and/or service desk from various sides. A notification is planned or unplanned work that needs to be done. It is possible to prioritise a notification or to achieve the agreed SLAs. An employee is scheduled using the digital planning board and standard times. Is there a notification coming in urgently? No problem, then you give that notification priority over other notifications.
The notifications can easily be assigned to an employee at a specific place in the planning via the digital planning board and by means of standard times. The service technician is directly controlled by the planning board.
With a tablet, the technician can always view and register his work. This does not always require an internet connection. Job completed? Then the work can be ‘synchronised‘. This makes the work orders visible that have not yet been completed. For the planning, the progress of the employee is immediately visible. When synchronising , the time of arrival and the working hours are recorded. This is also possible for travel time, kilometers and material consumption.
The apps have been specially developed for this target group. The apps are simple, fast and friendly to use. The apps contain functions for maintenance and inspection. Checklists can be completed quickly and reports are immediately available to the customer. After the end of a working day, the client signs one work order. In Centix, one work order can consist of several work orders.

Workflows
A workflow, also known as a ticket or work order, is created in Centix from various sources. It can originate from a service request report, a repetitive task, automatically based on the maintenance and inspection schedule, or be created manually. This workflow contains all the necessary information for the back-office employee to process. The employee then schedules one or more workflows on a digital work order.
Service request & malfunction report
Want to report a service request or malfunction quickly and directly? Create your own service request forms and ensure your objects or locations are equipped with a QR code sticker. The user scans the applied QR code sticker on, for example, the installation, in a room, or on a piece of equipment, and immediately submits a request. After submission, a workflow is created for you.
Digital work orders
Digital work orders are scheduled using the planning board. The field service or workshop easily records work, worked hours, and used materials and equipment. Communication with the customer or back-office employee is done through one central work order. After performing the work, have the customer sign it, and it is then transferred to the back-office employee for approval. After processing, the work order is invoiced either in Centix or in your own industry/accounting package.
