Centix OnSite App

With the Centix OnSite App, you can access your equipment, tools, installations, and machines anytime, anywhere via tablet or mobile. In an instant, you can check which equipment is at a specific location and easily retrieve the relevant data. Whether you’re carrying out maintenance or an inspection, need to move equipment or tools quickly, or want to request a certificate — you can handle it all with the Centix OnSite App.

Thanks to its ability to function both online and offline, you always have access to the information you need. The app is widely used for maintenance and inspection tasks, with standard checklists ensuring efficient execution. Additionally, the app is perfect for managing and transferring equipment and tools to projects, employees, or vehicles.

Start

The start screen of the Centix OnSite App serves as a clear and intuitive dashboard. From this central point, you can effortlessly navigate to the move basket. Here you can easily add and move equipment or tools, such as to a project. Additionally, you can directly access your open inspections from the dashboard.

Relations

With the Centix OnSite App, you can easily manage your relations. In the relation overview, the main relation is displayed by default. You can download additional relations, which will remain visible until you choose to stop synchronising them, ensuring they no longer appear in your database. This way, you only work with the information you need. When you open a relation, you can immediately view its details along with overviews of all linked objects, locations, and MI plan schemes.

Locations

In the location overview, you can navigate directly to the objects at a specific location. This allows you to complete your inspection tasks in phases while always knowing the whereabouts of your tools and equipment.

Objects

‘Objects’ is the collective term in Centix for tools, equipment, installations, and machines. The object overview displays all registered objects, along with their condition and validity date. You can quickly search for or add objects by scanning a QR code sticker or using the search bar. Hold an object to access additional options, such as multi-select.

Object master card

The object master card contains all the (technical) data for an object. From here, you can easily perform maintenance and inspections (both planned and unplanned), request certificates, view maintenance and inspection history, move objects directly or add them to the move basket, or consult linked documents. If you’ve linked a Centix Tag to an object, you can use the map to pinpoint its exact location.

Maintenance and inspection

When you start maintenance or an inspection in the Centix OnSite App, a (standard) checklist — known in Centix as an MI plan — is automatically opened. Simply check off the items to quickly go through the list. If there’s a deviation, add a note and image, and select the deviation from the list. Once the inspection is complete, the certificate is generated automatically. All open inspections can be found in the inspection overview.

No internet available?

With the Centix OnSite App, users can continue working even when they are offline. This is particularly useful for inspectors who find themselves in locations with no or limited internet connection. They can open the app, enter the required data (such as inspection results and notes), and it will be stored locally on their device. Once an internet connection is restored, the data is automatically synchronised with the cloud, allowing users to stay efficient and productive.

Centix works seamlessly, even offline! This is crucial for our inspectors, as we sometimes visit factories where internet access is limited. We greatly appreciate being able to work with Centix offline.

The Centix OnSite App replaces the Centix Mobile App

The Centix Mobile App is being replaced by the new Centix OnSite App. This enhanced app offers everything you are familiar with, along with additional functionalities that further optimise the user experience. Centix OnSite is specifically designed to better meet your needs, providing an even more efficient and user-friendly experience.
