Supplies

Centix supplies a number of specialty products. This includes hardware such as scanners, printers and tablets, which are often specially configured by Centix. In addition, Centix supplies accessories such as industrial stickers and RFID tags for easy identification of assets.

We recommend that you always contact our sales department for new applications. They advise you how the hardware and supplies can optimally be used.

Specialty products

Centix Tags

The world around us is changing, also on the construction site and in the industry. By collecting more data, it is possible to work more efficiently. The MiniTag and GeoTag are used to more efficiently use your valuable equipment or tools or to find them when they are lost. By applying a Tag you can see exactly where the object currently is or has been at. This can be used for expensive small or large equipment or specialist tools. From an expensive laser in the construction industry, a crane in civil engineering to generators and light masts at rental companies.

Hand and desktop scanners

Depending on the application, Centix supplies a range of hand scanners (wired and wireless) but also desktop readers to, for example, recognise a person by an access card. Some applications require the scanner to be programmable. This occurs, for example, with scanners linked to measuring equipment. Part of the QR code is hereby removed so that only the unique ID of the equipment to be measured remains.

Stickers

Our most used QR code sticker of 3×2 cm is shown on this image. The sticker is covered with a transparent cover film so that it is UV-resistant and wear-resistant. The cover film is already on the sticker sheet and by means of perforations in the sticker sheet, the cover film is placed perfectly over the sticker. These stickers are often printed with a QR code so that information about the object can be obtained with a simple scan with a smartphone or tablet. In addition to the sticker shown, we have specialist stickers in various colors and sizes for all kinds of applications.

There are options in Centix to extend the functionality of the QR code. An example where this is used is at rental companies. Users who scan the QR code can view limited information about the asset without being logged in. For example an inspection certificate, user manual or work instruction. By simply scanning the QR code one gets access to the limited information, without logging in.

Printers

We supply label printers which can be tailored to your use. In case you don’t want to print your own stickers, we provide a service to have your stickers printed by us.

Scanners

We supply mobile devices of the brand M3 Mobile. Depending on the application, they come with an optional grip or RFID gun. Our Apps are optimised to work with M3 Mobile devices.
