- Reason: If you contact us, we may have to contact you again at a later time regarding the subject in question.
- Storage period: 6 months
- Reason: With an application we receive your CV and motivation letter to make a well-considered choice from various candidates. Sometimes application procedures continue for a longer period of time.
Sharing personal data with third parties

View, edit or delete data
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Centix and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we have about you in a computer file to you or another organization mentioned by you.
You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data to email@example.com or via the contact form.
To ensure that the request has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your proof of identity with the request. Make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number black in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks. If you withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data, this will also lead to your data being removed from our files.
If you have a complaint about the way in which we have handled your personal data, please contact Mrs. C. de Rooij (firstname.lastname@example.org).
She will then deal with your complaint and look for a solution with you. Centix would also like to point out that you have the option to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority if you are dissatisfied with the way in which we have handled your personal data.
