Several Centix Online customers carry out (part of) their inspections in collaboration with Aboma AMTeK. Centix Online supports this collaboration with an efficient workflow in which inspection data from inspections performed in Centix Online is automatically sent to Aboma.
Aboma AMTeK is the inspection methodology developed by Aboma that allows organisations to inspect their equipment and work equipment in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, under the supervision and assurance of Aboma. Centix Online supports this methodology by enabling the full execution and registration of inspections within the Centix environment, with automatic data exchange with Aboma. This allows Centix to remain your central system for performing and registering inspections, while ensuring compliance with AMTeK guidelines and processes.

How the integration works
When you perform inspections according to the AMTeK methodology, Centix Online remains your central working environment. The official AMTeK checklists are configured within your Centix environment, ensuring that employees always work according to the correct guidelines within the system they use every day.
Your employees carry out inspections as usual, often using Centix OnSite on location. Findings are recorded directly in Centix, ensuring that all information remains centrally available.
To ensure smooth collaboration with Aboma, a Centix implementation consultant will configure the automatic data exchange for you. Once an AMTeK inspection is completed, the relevant data is automatically collected and validated. During off-peak hours, this data is then automatically shared with Aboma via email.
The entire exchange takes place in the background, without requiring any additional manual actions from your organisation. As a result, Centix remains the leading system for performing and registering inspections, while you simultaneously comply with AMTeK procedures and assurance requirements.
