You can use the information in Centix for both short- and long-term planning. The daily scheduling of your maintenance team shows who is working on which task and when. This is not only useful for planners, but also for mechanics, who can view their own schedule for the coming days in the work order app.
In addition, there is an annual planning of all maintenance activities, which helps determine the total required capacity. As a result, you gain insight into peak and low periods throughout the year and can respond to them in time.
Inventory and document management
Spare parts are often costly and have long lead times. Therefore, it is important that your inventory aligns with your actual needs. By using the Centix inventory module, you ensure that sufficient parts are always available to keep production running.
With the Centix product module, you can easily link documents to commonly used products. These documents, such as user manuals, spare parts lists and safety instructions, are automatically visible on the assets linked to the product. As a result, document management only needs to be done once, while the correct information is always available to end users, simplifying management and ensuring that all relevant documentation is easily accessible.
Reporting and data
