Ordering and issuing within one clear order process

Formen can easily order equipment and tools via the webshop. They immediately specify where and when the items are needed and when they will be returned. The equipment department automatically receives a complete request and can start the picking process straight away.
In addition, equipment can be issued directly at the warehouse counter. The warehouse employee creates an order on the spot, scans the products and records the issue with a digital signature. The equipment is then immediately and correctly assigned to the project.
Whichever order flow is used, all steps from ordering and issuing through to return are centrally recorded in Centix. This keeps the order process clear and ensures it fits seamlessly with the day-to-day operations of construction companies.
