On 8 May 2025, Centix Connect took place at the Van der Valk Hotel Vianen – Utrecht. It proved to be a day full of energy, inspiration and valuable encounters. The 65 enthusiastic participants were thoroughly introduced to Centix’s latest innovations and exchanged experiences and ideas with one another.
Sessions that inspired instantly
One of the highlights of the day was the session on the Centix OnSite App, which has been live since 1 January and is being rolled out in phases. During this session, we demonstrated how the app enhances efficiency and flexibility in practice – something that visibly inspired even those without prior experience with the app. Afterwards, several customers enthusiastically expressed their desire to start using it straight away.
The session on the Workflow module also proved to be a real eye-opener. Many customers who were not yet using this module discovered new ways to automate and streamline their work processes with Centix. As the day progressed, it became clear that several organisations had a concrete interest in adopting the module.
In addition to the OnSite App and Workflow module, the programme offered many other valuable insights. We explored the capabilities related to orders in Centix, provided an exclusive preview of upcoming developments via the Centix Roadmap, and our partner Hemmink offered insight into testing with the Metrel PAT testers. The combination of plenary sessions and ample opportunity for discussion among participants made for an inspiring and dynamic day.
Learning from one another
What made this event especially memorable was the active involvement of our customers. During the networking breaks and sessions, there was a lively exchange of experiences and best practices. Participants supported one another by answering questions and sharing useful tips. This mutual interaction made Centix Connect not only informative, but also unifying – exactly as we had envisaged.
A day to look back on
The atmosphere at Centix Connect 2025 was both positive and engaging. Participants shared that they not only gained new insights, but also left with fresh inspiration and concrete plans to take back to their own organisations. It was wonderful to see how users connected with one another, exchanged knowledge, and generated new ideas.
