The technical department and operators have access to machinery documentation in Centix. Looking for a manual, safety regulation or drawing? Scan the QR code sticker and the information is available by instance.
Asset identification can also be used to report malfunctions in a low-threshold way. The operator reports the malfunction from the machine after which it is followed up by the technical service. Thus, both corrective maintenance as planned maintenance gets recorded in Centix. This includes actions such as oil changing and cleaning, but also inspections and repairs.
You can use the information in Centix for your short-term and long-term planning. The daily planning of your TD mechanics shows who is working on which job, at which moment. This is not only helpful for planners, but also for operators, who can thus see their own planning for the coming days in their app.
In addition, there is an annual planning of all maintenance tasks, with which the overall required capacity can be determined. This data gives you insight into peaks and troughs in certain periods of the year and allows you to respond to them early.
Spare parts are expensive and often have a long delivery time. It is therefore important that stock levels match your needs. By using the Centix inventory module, you can always ensure that there is sufficient stock of spare parts to keep production running.
The data in Centix provides input for your Operational Excellence reports and improvement processes. Centix itself has extensive reports that provide insight into maintenance. If additional reports are required, this is possible using customised reports. You can also access the data from Centix via the standard API to a BI tool such as PowerBI.
