Comply with international standard (IIA)
The IIA certificate for lifting and hoisting equipment is a recognized seal of approval, ensuring the safety and reliability of this equipment. The certificate comprises three main parts: recording documentation such as type approval and EC declaration, daily inspections, annual visual inspections, and four-yearly pressure testing. Centix plays a crucial role in assisting customers in obtaining and maintaining this IIA certificate. Through advanced software solutions and support, Centix streamlines the inspection process, records and analyses inspection results, and automatically generates reports. This simplifies the certification process for organizations, enhances safety, and saves costs by efficiently managing their lifting and hoisting equipment.

Synchronise app
Once all inspections are completed according to the NEN 818 standard, synchronize the Centix OnSite App in one go. If you use a measuring instrument for electronic inspections, you can read it out in Centix Web. The condition of the inspected lifting and hoisting equipment is then automatically updated, and the inspection certificates are also made available.
Best Practice for NEN 818, NEN 13155 and NEN 14502 inspections
Security comes first — whatever you require or need to have legally documented. By ensuring proper documentation, you can guarantee safety for your employees, customers, and everyone involved. NEN 818, NEN 13155, and NEN 14502 contain detailed regulations. In addition to daily inspections and annual visual inspections, the law mandates that lifting equipment undergo a pressure test every four years, during which the equipment is subjected to high-pressure testing.
With our software, we aim to assist our customers in conducting inspections and tests in accordance with the standards for lifting and hoisting equipment as much as possible. The TCVT (Toezicht Certificatie Verticaal Transport) foundation and EKH (Erkende Keurbedrijven) set these standards in the Netherlands. Using maintenance and inspection plans for components such as chainwork, steel slings, hand hoists, and electric hoists/winches, you can record the necessary information to comply with these regulations. In Centix inspection software for the registration, management, and maintenance of your lifting and hoisting equipment, you can document and track it all, providing you with a comprehensive overview. When the inspector arrives, you can offer insight at the push of a button.
Lifting and hoisting equipment maintenance and inspection plans
For the maintenance and inspection of lifting and hoisting equipment, Centix provides readily available maintenance and inspection plans. For lifting equipment, NEN 818, NEN 13155, and NEN 14502 apply as Dutch standards. Centix allows the easy importation of these plans. Executing them is both quick and straightforward, whether online or through the Centix OnSite App. Interested in conducting a non-Dutch inspection? That is also possible in Centix. In fact, you can create your own checklists. Inspection reports are accessible online and downloadable. All maintenance and inspection plans are categorised into groups such as inscriptions, documents, state of maintenance, and defects/failures. These plans consist solely of questions that can be completed and checked off.
