PAT testing inspections & certification

For PAT testing inspections and the approval of welding equipment according to EN IEC 60974-4, we work together with leading manufacturers in the market. We support the following manufacturers: Fluke, Gossen Metrawatt, Megger, Metrel, and Nieaf Smitt. Testing according to the Dutch standard NEN 3140, German standard DIN VDE 0701-0702, and DGUV regulation 3 (BGV A3) becomes child’s play with our software.

There is a list of measuring instruments for each brand. Here you will find details such as additional QR code scanners that can be linked. A simple, tailor-made implementation process is available for every measuring instrument! Is that the only support we offer? No definitely not! Besides the link with the PAT tester, which in Centix easily leads to an inspection report or inspection certificate, customers can also easily view the inspection report via the Centix customer portal by scanning a QR code. This is part of the legislation (there must be demonstrable proof).

In addition, those involved can easily retrieve via their mobile, tablet, or PC what has already been inspected, what is about to be inspected, and what has been disapproved or is overdue. This is the major difference from manufacturers’ supplied software such as ETC and Patmanager. These software packages aim to manage measurement data for a particular manufacturer’s instruments. When an technician performs an inspection, he or she can immediately record any damage. With the Centix OnSite App, the technician simply takes photos and adds them to the report. Rejected tools are immediately replaced using QR code stickers.
