PAT testing & certification
For electrical appliance inspections (all plug-in equipment) and the inspection of welding equipment in accordance with EN IEC 60974-4, we work together with leading manufacturers in the market. We support the following manufacturers: Fluke, Gossen Metrawatt, Megger, Metrel and Nieaf Smitt. Inspections in accordance with Portable Appliance Testing (PAT testing) principles, DIN VDE 0701-0702 and DGUV Regulation 3 (formerly BGV A3) become straightforward with our software.
What PAT testers do we support?
Per brand, a list of supported PAT testers is available. This includes details such as data reading capabilities, connectivity options, and additional QR code scanners that can be connected. For each measuring instrument, a clear best practice document is available. Is that the only support we offer? No, certainly not. From Monday to Friday, between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm, our support specialists are ready to assist you.

In addition to the integration with PAT testers, which in Centix easily lead to an inspection report or inspection certificate, customers can also conveniently view the inspection report via the Centix customer portal by scanning a QR code. This forms part of the legislation, where demonstrable proof is required.
In addition, stakeholders can easily view via their mobile phone, tablet or PC what has already been inspected, what is due for inspection soon, and what has been rejected or inspected too late. This is the key difference compared to the bundled software provided by manufacturers such as ETC and PATmanager. These software packages are primarily designed to manage measurement data for instruments from a specific manufacturer. Centix is a complete, brand-independent solution. PAT testing with Centix OnSite
In Centix, you can inspect any type of work equipment. Ready-made checklists are available for this purpose, all of which comply with relevant standards and legislation. Our app Centix OnSite enables you to carry out periodic visual inspections quickly and easily.
When an employee carries out an inspection, any damage is recorded immediately. With Centix OnSite, the employee can easily take photos and add them to the report. Rejected tools can then be replaced immediately using Centix QR code stickers.
All data is automatically available in Centix immediately and can be reused.
