Online customer portal
With the Centix Online customer portal, you offer your customers an extra level of service while reducing your administrative workload. Within your Centix portal, customers have their own online environment where they can view their assets. This gives them access to relevant information, such as certificates, anytime and anywhere.

Complete control in one place
In Centix, you register all assets to be managed. You gain insight into all assets for each customer, while your customer only sees their own assets. When assets are nearing expiry, an automated email is sent to you or to the customer. Based on this, you can schedule an appointment. After you have carried out the inspection, your customer immediately has access to the completed inspections and the associated certificates in the Centix portal.
Certificates always accessible
One of the greatest advantages of maintenance and inspections in Centix is the speed at which certificates can be generated. Centix offers many standard maintenance and inspection plans, along with corresponding reports, for both visual and electrical inspections (PAT testing). On the left is an example of a certificate generated through a standard Centix ladder inspection, naturally branded with your own logo. In Centix, you can create as many custom maintenance and inspection checklists as needed and adapt reports to your requirements. After an inspection has been completed, certificates are immediately accessible to the customer. This means there is no longer any need to email certificates.
Submit a fault report or service request
Improve your service organisation with easy-to-scan QR code forms. The forms can be built yourself using content such as the standard Centix fields. It is also possible to use custom-defined fields, making the forms extremely flexible. Labels can be adjusted, visibility per input field can be set by role, and translations can be added.
The submitter simply scans the QR code and completes the form on their phone. The service forms post their information to the Workflow module, allowing the service process to be initiated in an integrated way. The submitter and the administrator can optionally receive a confirmation by email.

Simplify your inspection process
In addition to the Centix customer portal, Centix also provides inspection software to ensure your inspection process runs smoothly and efficiently.
Centix makes it possible to automatically read measurement data directly from the PAT tester. After importing the measurement file, the object status and validity date are updated in Centix and a certificate is generated.
Centix offers many standard checklists for visual inspections. However, you can also easily create your own checklist. This checklist, referred to in Centix as an ‘MI plan’, is then carried out using Centix OnSite.
Scan or search for the object to be inspected in Centix, or create a new object directly. Start the open inspection plan and complete the standard checklist. In case of a deviation, you can easily add a note, a standard deviation, or a photo.
